Settings to Attendee Experience
This page maps what you set in the organizer dashboard to what your attendees see on the public event page and during registration. Use it to plan your event setup or to understand why a given flow appears.

| Event status and Registration start / end date (Setup → Settings) | Event is "live" when registration start is reached. Countdown or phase timer can show before open. Registration closes at end date. |
| Whitelist only (Setup → Settings) | Non-approved visitors see the whitelist message and a request form. Approved users see the full event page and can register. |
| Seated (Setup → Settings) | Event page uses the V4 layout. Attendees can go to seat selection (/events/<slug>/seated/<categoryId>) or cluster-seated flow. |
| Event page template (v2, v3, v4) | Controls the layout of the public event page. Set via API/backend. When Seated is on, the frontend uses the V4 template. |
| On-page registration, Multi-category registration, Collect individual information (Setup → Settings) | Whether registration is on the event page, whether multiple categories can be added in one order, and whether each attendee's details are collected when quantity > 1. |
| Per-category registration type (Categories & Pricing) | General → /events/<slug>/register/general/<categoryId>. Individual → /register/individual/.... Team → /register/team/.... Donation → /register/donation/.... Whitelisted → /events/<slug>/whitelisted/<categoryId>. For seated events, categories use /seated/... or cluster-seated. |
| Allow direct (per category, Categories & Pricing) | You get a direct link to that category's form. Attendees using the link go to /events/<slug>/direct/<categoryId> and bypass the main event page (and whitelist when using that URL). |
| Show remaining passes, Show remaining in percentage (Setup → Settings → Display) | Event page shows how many tickets are left, either as a count or as a percentage. |
| Addons (Manage Addons), Combo tickets (Combo Tickets), Coupons (Coupons) | Addons and combos appear in registration or checkout. Coupons are entered at checkout and apply the discount. |
