Email Templates & Content
Customize the emails attendees receive and manage event lineup and gallery content from the event dashboard.

Email templates
- Where: Event dashboard → Email Templates (or Email Content).
- What: Customize the content of confirmation emails, whitelist approval emails, and other automated emails (e.g. subject lines and body text, or upload HTML templates if supported). You can often set a default message and override it per event.
- Common emails:
- Order / registration confirmation: sent after someone completes registration; can include the pass or a link to download it.
- Whitelist approval — Sent when you approve a whitelist request; usually includes the link to complete registration.
- Event updates — Sent when you send an update from Send Updates (see Attendees & Passes).
- Settings: In Setup & Settings you can turn Send email and Email include pass on or off, and set Pass notification emails (extra addresses to notify when passes are generated).
Use the Email Templates page to match your event's tone and branding and to ensure attendees get clear instructions (e.g. how to get their pass or what to bring).

Event lineup (creatives)
- Where: Event dashboard → Event Lineup (or Creatives).
- What: Manage the lineup or "creatives" shown on the event page (e.g. artists, speakers, or performers). Add names, photos, and short bios or links. The event page template uses this to display the lineup section (label can be set in Setup, e.g. "Lineup" or "Artists").

Gallery
- Where: Event dashboard → Gallery.
- What: Upload and manage images for the event gallery (e.g. past editions, venue photos, or promotional images). You can reorder and caption images. The event page can show a gallery section if the template supports it.
