Refunds and Transfers

Policies for refunds and ticket transfers are set by the event organizer. This page gives a general overview.

Refunds

  • Refund rules (eligibility, deadlines, and fees) are defined per event by the organizer.
  • To request a refund, use the link or instructions in your order confirmation email, or go to the event page and look for “Refund” or “Support.”
  • The organizer (or Quicket support) will process valid requests according to the event’s policy.

Transfers

Some events allow transferring your ticket to another person. If the organizer has enabled it, you can give your pass to someone else.

How to transfer your ticket (step by step)

  1. Find the transfer option — Look for "Transfer ticket" or "Transfer" in your pass, order confirmation email, the event page (footer or support section), or My tickets if you're logged in.
  2. Select the pass — If you have more than one ticket, choose which one to transfer.
  3. Enter recipient details — Provide the new attendee's name and email (and phone if required).
  4. Submit — Send the transfer request. The organizer will review it.
  5. Recipient gets the pass — Once approved, the new attendee receives an email with the pass. The ticket is no longer valid for you.
  • A transfer fee may apply; the organizer sets this.
  • If transfer is available, you’ll typically find the option in your order or pass email, or on the event page.
