Your pass
- You’ll get your pass by email after completing registration.
- The pass usually includes a QR code (or barcode) that staff will scan at the event.
- You can show the pass on your phone or print it, depending on what the organizer allows.
Save to Google Wallet
If the event supports it, your pass or confirmation page may show an Add to Google Wallet button. Tap it to save the pass to your Android device. You can then open it from Google Wallet at the event without needing the email.
Finding your pass (pass lookup)
If you don't have your confirmation email:
- Go to the event page on quicket.me.
- Look for Find my pass, Pass lookup, or Resend pass (often in the footer or a help/support section).
- Enter the email you used when registering (and sometimes your phone).
- You'll receive a new email with your pass, or see it displayed on screen.
You can also check My tickets if you're logged in.
Secure Pass Access (verify and download)
If you need to access or download your passes without the confirmation email (e.g. lost email, new device), use Secure Pass Access at quicket.me/secure-pass:
- Enter your email or phone number (the one you used when registering).
- You'll receive a one-time code (OTP) by email or SMS.
- Enter the code to verify your identity.
- Your passes will appear — you can download each pass as a PDF.
This keeps your passes secure by confirming you own the contact info on the order.
Resending your pass
- From the event page: Use the Resend pass or Pass lookup link, enter your email, and submit. A new copy of your pass will be sent.
- From your profile: If you're logged in, go to My tickets to view and resend passes.
- Confirmation email: Check for a "Resend" or "View pass" link in your original confirmation.
Pass actions (transfer, survey, custom)
Your pass may include actions the organizer has set up. Common ones:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transfer ticket | Give your ticket to someone else. You enter the recipient's name and email; once the organizer approves, they get the pass. See Refunds and transfers for the full transfer flow. |
| Survey | A short form (e.g. post-event feedback). Fill it in and submit from the pass. |
| Custom | Other actions defined by the organizer (e.g. dietary preference, shuttle pick-up). |
To use a pass action: open your pass, find the action section, follow the on-screen steps, and submit. For transfers, the organizer will review and approve; the new attendee will get the pass by email.
At the event
- Present your pass (QR code or barcode) at the entrance or check-in area.
- Staff will scan it to confirm your registration and may mark you as checked in.
- Keep the pass handy in case you need to re-enter or access different areas.
After the event (reviews)
Some events ask for feedback. If the organizer has enabled reviews, you may receive an email after the event asking you to rate and optionally comment. You can also find the review link on the event page.
Chat with the organizer
Some events offer a chat or messaging option on the event page or pass. Use it to ask questions (e.g. directions, timing). The organizer will reply when they can.
Lost or missing pass
- Check your email (and spam folder) for the confirmation message from Quicket.
- Use Pass lookup or Resend pass on the event page.
- Use Secure Pass Access — verify with OTP (email or phone) to access and download your passes.
- Check My tickets if you're logged in.
- If you still need help, contact support.
