Passes and Check-in

After you register for an event, you receive a pass that you use for check-in at the venue.

Your pass

  • You’ll get your pass by email after completing registration.
  • The pass usually includes a QR code (or barcode) that staff will scan at the event.
  • You can show the pass on your phone or print it, depending on what the organizer allows.

At the event

  • Present your pass (QR code or barcode) at the entrance or check-in area.
  • Staff will scan it to confirm your registration and may mark you as checked in.
  • Keep the pass handy in case you need to re-enter or access different areas.

Lost or missing pass

  • Check your email (and spam folder) for the confirmation message from Quicket.
  • If you still can’t find it, use the “Resend pass” or similar option on the event page if available, or contact support.
